Project Dashboard (pdash)

A local dashboard plus the pdash CLI for keeping dozens of side projects honest. Every repo carries a small board file (Kanban cards, phase, next step, quickstart commands); the dashboard aggregates them into a single view of what’s in flight, what’s blocked on me, and what each project needs next. This portfolio was built and tracked with it.
